Most of the time, the clients already have a budget in mind. There are others who concede when they hear that it is higher than what they expected. But others want to push through with what they originally planned. No matter what happens, you should always think about the quality of the project you are making.

The schedule is what is next in line. This is another thing that most clients ask about when something is presented to them. Of course, it is natural that they would want to have it finished early. But if you want quality work, it has to be efficient. Every schedule is tentative as there are events you cannot predict will happen.

Material and equipment delivery need to be arranged beforehand. There are many means to deliver something. But the price and the duration of when it will arrive is different. You can choose something that will not arrive too late but the cost is still reasonable as well.

There are risks in most modern designs. No matter how the architect would say that it is flawless, it will never be. There are various factors to take note of for this. Because mistakes can turn into bigger issues, inspections and going over the plans is done for at least several times.

The management process would be easier if you have documentation for everything. Managers find it easier and more organized if they have something to refer to. There are times when most managers use software so that they can easily delegate tasks as well.
