By Stan Alderson

Envirotex is a well recognized brand that delivers a unique polymer compound that produces a high quality shine and finish developed to withstand environmental conditions. The temperature needs to be maintained at 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure that the gloss exterior is finished with a glossy appeal over 8 hours. The use of Envirotex Lite - Pour On High Gloss Finish can provide reliable features and the development of a beautiful exterior.

The use of Envirotex is becoming increasingly popular and can be purchased in a 16 ounce or 32 ounce product for all resurfacing requirements. It is considered a valuable and affordable solution in comparison to having to hire a contractor to achieve the same results. It requires a 48 hour period to cure completely and develop a tough exterior that will not have to be polished as it delivers a naturally shiny exterior.

The specific product can be used on a variety of surfaces and objects including flowers, rocks, dough, styrofoam, painted furnishings, paper, and wood. When a resurface is going to be implemented, simply smooth the product over a clean surface, but prepare with rubbing alcohol if more than one layer is going to be applied. Such waterproof features will be preserved against environmental conditions and serves to enhance its appearance.

The solution should be prepared with a mixture of resin and hardener in a flat walled and bottomed container. All of the content must be mixed in well and scraped from the sides and bottom. If you fail to adhere to the mixing methods it will result in a weak and soft texture that is difficult to spread.

Specific types of safety gear will have to be worn including goggles and rubberized gloves while creating the mixture. An existing surface that has been previously coated with a product such as polyutherane will need to be sanded and then wiped clean with rubbing alcohol. Ensure that the area does not contain large amounts of wax and rather pour a little bit too much solution than too little when completing a surface.

The consistency of resin and hardener will have to be measures accordingly. These types of solutions must be prepared in a step by step manner to ensure that it will not cure before it has been applied. A stiff piece of paper and blow torch can be applied to eliminate the presence of bubbles and similar effects.

The product can be cured in a room temperature of between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature is increased and contaminants minimized it can aid in drying the surfaces in a shorter period of time. There are different tools and methods that should be implemented for the smoothest possible results.
