Have you ever played puzzles before? Not those that are in books or those can be touched. We mean puzzles that are in a screen. Those are really fun to do. Why? Just because. A reason can be there or not, it will not matter. Games are created for fun and entertainment. One that we can interact with ourselves, unlike shows, movies or books. In video games, we are the main character. When you play games like the Uncharted series, The Last of Us, Life is Strange, Outlast, Detroit Become Human or the Walking Dead, your actions and choices matter. It is up to you whether you get the happy ending or not. The same cannot be said for Super Sudoku Free.
We do not have anything against IOS games. But if we were honest, it actually is Sudoku itself that we are sneering at. Gamers do not play this, only those who need a distraction or a time killer plays it. And while it does take a brain to play it, most of us do not really like it because, well, it is Sudoku.
Granted, there is not much change eleven years later. Due to the fact that we hate the game and that we are just incredibly dumb to be adults in general. Seriously, where do you see a twenty year old needing another adult to take care of them? Right here, people. Right here.
Little Nightmares is what we call a gem in the independent gaming industry. This horror genre does not scare us with cheap jump scares or anything like that. This is perfectly paced and triggers your anxiety and waiting in just the right way. The amount of good reviews this one got last year was also overwhelming.
The horror game Outlast has two parts now, each never failing to scare the living daylights out of us. The first one, we have to go through a freaking asylum full of crazy people wanting to kill us. The second one is in Arizona where a group of fanatics kidnapped our wife because they thought she harboredSatan in her belly. Cultic thing sure are fun, huh? Note the sarcasm.
Speaking of games, puzzles are practically our favorites. Especially those that involve coloring. They stimulate your mind and keep you calm for a short moment. Stress will be forgotten as you color your way into a beautiful portrait. Be careful when you get too into it though. It can get addicting and before you know it, you just spent the whole night playing this puzzle.
The Walking Dead series will end this year, did you know that? Their final game is out but the first chapter is the only one still out. We have to wait for months just to play the next three chapters. And when all that is done, we say goodbye to the girl we know and love. Clementine.
Adults, however. We have a tendency to run from our problems, do we? That might not be a good thing but if we dwell too much on something and end up getting too stressed, we stop productivity and progress altogether. We become weak and shameful as we grow older.
Amnesia, the Dark Descent. An oldie but a goodie. Back in 2011 and 2012, Amnesia was THE horror game everyone kept talking about. While the gameplay was a gem in and of itself, the reason it got more fame that it was supposed to was because of Pewdiepie.
